About Bailey Manor
Unlike most assisted living communities, memory care is all we do. Our buildings, our staffing and the shape of the day are all built around residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Five communities, each one locally run
Bailey Manor operates five memory-care communities across Middle Tennessee: Manchester, Winchester, Fayetteville, Cookeville and Chattanooga/Hixson. Each one is locally run. Find a location
What residents and families say
Bailey Manor has an excellent reputation for patient care. The residents are happy and well-cared for, and don’t suffer the complications that come from neglect. That is commendable. Their primary focus is family satisfaction and the safety of their residents, and they do both of these very successfully.

“Making the decision to move my dad into senior care was without a doubt the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make, especially as an only child. From the very beginning, however, the team at Bailey Manor made what felt like an overwhelming transition so smooth, comforting, and seamless. The level of care and attention he receives could not be better. More than just providing outstanding care, the staff has welcomed my dad with open arms and truly treated him like a member of their own family. Knowing he is safe, well cared for, and surrounded by people who genuinely care about him gives me a peace of mind I can’t put into words. We could not be more grateful for everything Bailey Manor has done for our family.”

“My name is Vickie Lee and I have been a private sitter for over 22 years. I currently sit with granny at the Bailey Manor. Being in several facilities over the years and learning the ins and outs, I’m in a good place and I enjoy it! Haliee at the Bailey Manor is impressive. She has a natural way of making everyone feel special—always taking time to listen to employees and residents. There is never a job too small or too big for her! With a giving heart, she is one of the first people to offer and give assistance whenever needed, and she is always warm and smiling when she does it. In my opinion, she is top notch!”

“The staff at Bailey are angels in disguise. Finding Bailey Manor Winchester for Momma's care through her dementia journey was a blessing. They helped us to safely take care of her through the many stages to her final good bye. Meanwhile Dad's health took a turn and he was able to join momma at Bailey, to be with her and both of them get the care they needed. The wonderful staff helped Dad with momma/s passing while giving him daily stability and structure. Bailey is a family. They connect with the patient and the family in a way that's loving and caring while allowing the patient to be themselves and as self sufficient as possible for as long as possible. They keep the family involved and updated through the journey. Dementia is a journey that involves the whole family and Bailey's becomes your family in a beautiful, caring, and loving way. We can't thank them enough for the love they gave momma and dad and us.”
